Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (verified by receipt or account lookup), provided the item in question is unopened and undamaged. Used products sold on consignment may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise, clearance items, or collectibles (e.g., booster packs, booster boxes, other packaging containing collectible card games, gashapon, blind box figurines, or other items we deem as collectibles). Refunds will be issued via cash, check, returned to the card used at purchase, or store credit as applicable.
If an item is purchased and has a manufacturer’s defect, we may replace the defective item or facilitate contacting the manufacturer on your behalf and requesting a replacement (depending on availability and at our discretion).
