RETURN POLICY

Most products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days (either with receipt or by account lookup), provided the item in question is unopened and undamaged. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise, used merchandise, clearance merchandise, or collectibles (e.g., booster packs, booster boxes, other packaging containing collectible card games). Refunds will be issued via cash, returned to the card used at purchase, or store credit as applicable.

If an item is purchased and has a manufacturer’s defect, we may replace the defective item or facilitate contacting the manufacturer on your behalf and requesting a replacement (depending on availability and at our discretion).
